MADISONVILLE, KY (12/2/12) – Hundreds of smiling spectators lined the sidewalks of downtown Madisonville on December 1st to watch the wonderful spectacle that was the annual, Noon-Kiwanis Club-sponsored Christmas Parade. From marching band performances and seasonally dressed pets, to candy-throwing, classic cars, smiling faces, first-responders, area businesses, and old Saint Nick himself, over 100 participants displayed their best for all those cheering from the sidelines. What’s more, the unusually warm evening temperature made the event one of the most comfortable in recent years.
